Oxford Energy is pleased to announce the new "Certified Community Opportunity".
Our community outreach program has been specifically designed to assist "55 Plus", "Gated", and "HOA" communities that do not always receive the benefit of our neighborhood awareness campaign, typically conducted "Door to Door" in open communities.
These communities that are able to come together and communicate through a neighborhood website type format, may be eligible for group discounts due to the collective reduction of gas and electric that will be achieved. These communities in coordination with town leaders may also be eligible for a certification and community grants via the Sustainable Jersey Campaign.
The overall goals of the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Program include reducing carbon monoxide, reducing consumption of gas and electric and remediating R-22 Refrigerant while making homes more comfortable, even temperatured, and improved indoor air quality.
Oxford Energy, as facilitators of this Federal Program, is working to improve the quality of life for all homeowners.

This opportunity is solely for closed community groups with a minimum of 50 participating homeowners or 50% of the total subdivision, whichever is less, successfully completing a certified project through The Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Program.
