This team of professionals were great. They were on time with a team large enough to complete the installation of two heaters, two air conditioners, a water heater and insulation in one day. They were expected between 8am and 8:30 am, however they arrived at 7:30am ready to work and completed the work at 4:30pm. I was very pleased with the work, and their professionalism. I was at home the entire time and I never felt inconvenienced. Also, when they left there was no evidence that they were there. They cleaned up and asked me if everything was to my satisfaction. I needed 2 new HVAC zones for my home and contacted several HVAC contractors. I also researched many different systems and energy efficiency programs offered. By far Oxford Energy offered the best value and system. I felt like other HVAC companies were using high pressure sales tactics to get me to purchase their system. Oxford did none of that and ended up being less expensive than other companies and they used top rated equipment so I choose them for my new install.On the day of installation their crews showed up on time looking neat and professional. Two crews worked together and did a clean install. The guys explained how to work the units and answered all my questions. The systems work much better than my old systems and my energy bills have decreased significantly due to the decreased energy consumption of the high efficiency units.I have referred Oxford Energy to several of my neighbors who also needed new HVAC units and they are all thrilled with Oxford and their new HVAC systems. Oxford Energy gets my highest ratings and I would highly recommend them to others.

Rarely do I feel inclined to submit a review. Either I am totally upset, or someone just went above and beyond providing their service. Oxford Energy is that company which went above and beyond providing the service.Right from Day 1 of them walking into my house, every interaction with them were short and productive. Process was lengthy - from paper approvals to quality and content of service. Installation itself and its aftermath (my stairs broke bring out my old 75L water heater). And now I am wrapping up township approval. Top notch, neat installation, stairs fixed (yes, they found the exact stair piece from Home Depot)Hopefully, I'd wrap up my dealings - but what a service. Every time I reached out to Oxford over the phone or email, extremely prompt replies were made. Every phone call was being picked up by actual person - No "Please Press 1". Every email I had was of an actual individual from Oxford. None of it was noreply@oxford or customerservice@oxford. I called them, I called them more than few times - they were patient, cordial and super productive.Whatever happened to companies or customer service like this! It really helps when you do not have to worry about this long process spread over 3/4 months.

Oxford Energy upgraded the heating and cooling systems along with attic sealing/insulation and water heater replacement of our home. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the follow-up visits (to correct various issues identified either by us or the township inspector after this major job was completed).All concerns we raised before, during and after this major job was done were addressed satisfactorily by Oxford Energy employees. The technicians who did the job, as well as those sent by the service department afterwards, were knowledgable and did their best in handling various tasks. There are too many names of folks to recall and mention, but two that come to mind are Chris and Billy. Well done, Oxford Energy!
